September 23, 2009 — Jeffersonville, Indiana - September 16, 2009 - Area senior citizens make a plea for someone to help them get their healthy environment back after MAC Construction & Excavating located an asphalt plant in their residential neighborhood three years ago. Local residents are besieged night and and day by soot, dust, fumes, odor and noise.

October 17, 2009 — The second episode of "Eye on Construction" once again finds residents of Jeffersonville, Indiana fighting against the MAC Asphalt Plant in their neighborhood.
